Aziza is a legal associate with experience in providing business support and company secretarial services, covering a diverse range of clients. 

Her comprehensive services encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to land transfers, transfer of shares, company formations, mergers and acquisitions, NEMC registration, OSHA registrations, TIC registrations, ISO certifications, TASAC registrations, GCLA registrations, CRB registrations, and other essential aspects. 

Prior to joining Coretax Africa, she was an Associate in the Corporate, Commercial, and Company Secretarial Department at KKB Attorneys at Law. In these roles, she honed her legal skills by drafting legal instruments, providing company secretary services and offering legal advice on government regulations and contract law. Her clients, both private companies and individuals, are from various industries and sectors, including agriculture, service sectors, telecommunications, manufacturing, mining, and transportation within Tanzania. 

Her work experience is backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Mzumbe University.
