Caroline is a dedicated Human Resource professional with over five years of experience managing HR activities in compliance with labor laws in Tanzania. Currently serving as Human Resource and Administration Personnel at Coretax Africa Limited, she oversees HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and day to day administrative tasks to ensure a cohesive workplace environment.

Her previous experience includes a role as Human Resource Executive at PCCI Tanzania Limited, where she managed employee databases, payroll, and performance appraisals. Caroline has also worked as an IPO Officer at the National Bank of Commerce, facilitating the sale of Vodacom shares, and as a KYC Consultant at Stanbic Bank, where she organized loan forms and ensured accurate documentation.

Caroline holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from The Open University of Tanzania. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and exploring interior design.​
