Caroline Robert Laizer is a Tax and Transfer Pricing Associate at Coretax Africa. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Dar es Salaam and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-T). In her current role, Caroline is actively building her expertise in tax advisory, transfer pricing compliance, and business support services.

Caroline works hand-in-hand with experienced tax consultants, managers and associates to support client engagements across various industries. Her responsibilities include preparing transfer pricing documentation, conducting benchmarking studies, and ensuring compliance with local transfer pricing laws and OECD guidelines. She also supports Coretax’s tax services by assisting clients with corporate tax compliance, tax return preparation, and providing guidance on managing audits and correspondence with the tax revenue authorities. Her early exposure to real-world assignments is helping her develop a strong foundation in tax and transfer pricing practices.

Her academic background, combined with practical training at AtoZ Textile Mills Limited, has equipped her with essential skills in tax compliance, ERP systems, and financial operations. Through Coretax’s structured associate development program, Caroline is gaining valuable industry insights and sharpening her technical and analytical capabilities.
