Donasia is a Director and head of the transfer pricing services business unit of Coretax Africa.

She is a seasoned transfer pricing specialist with over fourteen (14) years of experience in offering transfer pricing services including planning and implementation, compliance and documentation, benchmarking, transfer pricing advisory on group restructuring transactions, controversy and dispute resolution and Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs), among others.

Donasia has led and executed numerous transfer pricing engagements across a wide range of industries including Energy, Mining, Construction and Turnkey Projects, Agribusiness, Manufacturing and FMCG, Financial Services, Hospitality, to name but a few.

She is a frequent speaker at both local and international transfer pricing forums and workshops and has delivered training sessions to various private and public sector organizations. She has also played a key role in policy development, contributing to OECD consultations, advising national regulatory bodies and supporting capacity building initiatives for tax authorities across Africa. Additionally, she has authored several transfer pricing articles published in globally recognized tax journals.

Her work experience is backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Dar es Salaam. Donasia is also a member of the Association for Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA, UK), National Board of Accountants (CPAT) and a registered tax consultant with the Tanzania Revenue Authority.

Prior to Coretax Africa, she was a founder of TP&Tax Advisors, which was a boutique firm based in Dar, es Salaam, Tanzania that provided tax and transfer pricing services. Earlier in her career, Donasia was a transfer pricing manager at KPMG East Africa, working on engagements in Eastern Africa and the United Kingdom. She managed the transfer pricing practice at KPMG Tanzania and also played an instrumental role in growing the tax and transfer pricing client portfolio for the firm.
