Donasia is a Director and head of the transfer pricing services business unit of Coretax Africa.

She is a seasoned transfer pricing specialist with over twelve (12) years of experience in offering transfer pricing services including planning and implementation, compliance and documentation, benchmarking, transfer pricing advisory on group restructuring transactions, dispute resolution, Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and training, among others. 

Donasia has worked on numerous transfer pricing engagements in various industries including Energy, Mining, Construction and Turnkey Projects, Agribusiness, Manufacturing and FMCG, Financial Services, Hospitality, to name but a few. She also assists Mid-Tier accounting and law firms that do not have internal expertise, in providing transfer pricing services to their clients. 

Donasia is a speaker at local and international transfer pricing workshops. She has provided trainings to various private and public organizations and authored various transfer pricing articles in globally recognized tax journals. She also provided comments to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) on their transfer pricing framework for mineral pricing and advised the National Audit Office of Tanzania on the effectiveness of controls over transfer pricing in the Tanzania business sector. 

Her work experience is backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Dar es Salaam. Donasia is also a Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant (FCCA, UK), a Certified Public Accountant and registered tax consultant with the Tanzanian Revenue Authority.

Prior to Coretax Africa, she was a founder of TP&Tax Advisors, which was a boutique firm based in Dar, es Salaam, Tanzania that provided tax and transfer pricing services. Prior to that, Donasia was a transfer pricing specialist at KPMG East Africa, working on engagements in Eastern Africa and the United Kingdom. She managed the transfer pricing practice at KPMG Tanzania and also played an instrumental role in growing the tax and transfer pricing client portfolio for the firm.
