Kathleen has strong experience in tax advisory, tax compliance, tax audits, and tax health checks, supporting both corporate and individual clients across direct and indirect taxes. She regularly assists clients in managing engagements with tax revenue authorities, including audit support, dispute resolution processes, and regulatory compliance, providing practical and commercially sound tax solutions.

In the area of transfer pricing, Kathleen has been involved in benchmarking analyses, including reviews for international and regional banking institutions, preparation of transfer pricing documentation, policies, and compliance filings, and supporting clients in aligning their intercompany transactions with regulatory requirements. Her work ensures clients meet transfer pricing obligations while mitigating tax risk.

Her experience spans multiple industries, including financial services, transportation, logistics, manufacturing, and agriculture, among others, giving her broad exposure to diverse business models and operational structures.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from the Institute of Finance Management (IFM) and is currently pursuing the CPA qualification at intermediate level, further strengthening her technical expertise and professional development.
