Leah is an experienced tax professional with a solid background in tax advisory and compliance. She has more that a decade of years of experience across direct and indirect taxes, serving multiple industries.

Her tax career kicked off at Deloitte Tanzania in 2019 as a Tax and Legal Associate. During her tenure, she supported a wide portfolio of clients across the telecommunications, mining, and financial services sectors, gaining extensive experience in tax compliance, advisory, and audit support. In 2023, she joined Boart Longyear Tanzania Limited as a Tax Specialist, where she led key tax functions including statutory compliance, technical advisory, and managing interactions with tax authorities. Her role involved spearheading tax processes, ensuring regulatory adherence, and providing strategic support during tax audits.

At Coretax, she continues to apply her expertise in tax management, client support, and technical advice. Across all roles, she has consistently demonstrated relationship management with clients and with the Tax Revenue Authority.

Leah holds a Bachelor degree in Business Management from the Institute of Accountancy Arusha and a Master of Science in Finance and Investment from the Institute of Finance Management.
