Functioning as a Tax Senior within the Tax Department of Coretax Africa Limited, Nuru assumes responsibility for supervising the tax concerns of Coretax Africa’s clientele. Her role encompasses the delivery of expert tax advisory and compliance services, supported by a team of legal and tax advisors dedicated to engagements within her purview. 

With a notable proficiency in corporate and personal taxation, as well as in conducting tax health checks, due diligence, and providing advisory and compliance services across both direct and indirect tax domains, Nuru extends her expertise to clients operating in diverse sectors including Financial Services, Insurance, Transport and Logistics, Mining, Agricultural, Telecommunications, and Manufacturing. 

Nuru’s credentials include certification as a Certified Public Accountant, underpinned by a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the esteemed University of Dar es Salaam, complemented by an Advanced Diploma in International Tax from the Chartered Institute of Taxation (United Kingdom). 

Prior to Coretax Africa, Nuru worked with esteemed professional firms like PwC and ABA alliance which has granted her invaluable insight across various business sectors.
