Mostly known to clients as Samuel or Mosabi, is a registered tax consultant with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) and a Director of Coretax Africa.

Mosabi has an extensive career spanning over twelve (12) years in the field of Tax and Advisory Services. His expertise encompasses a wide range of  tax, including aiding clients in handling tax revenue authority audits, transactional tax advice, handling of objections and appeals and advising on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, internal re-organization, spin and split-off transactions, tax due diligence, international taxation advisory and payroll management services. Notably, he has devised tax optimization strategies tailored to the unique business activities of the clients he serves.

He is a versatile tax specialist serving clients in all sectors/industries with immense tax knowledge in both direct and indirect taxes. He further supports clients with company secretarial services. His distinguished clientele ranges from Construction, Manufacturing, Mining, Financial Sector ( Banks and Insurance companies),Telecommunication, Aviation, Agriculture, Tourism and others.

Mosabi is a Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant (FCCA) and a member of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) in Tanzania, as a Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice of Tanzania (ACPA-PP). He also holds a Masters of Arts in Revenue Law and Administration from the University of Dar es Salaam and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting and Finance (BAF) from Mzumbe University.

In his previous roles, Mosabi served as a Tax Partner and Director at ABA Alliance (mid-sized firm) leading the Tax and Advisory department and prior to that, Mosabi was a tax manager at KPMG East Africa. In his previous two roles, he demonstrated exceptional proficiency in catering to the needs of both local and multinational companies worldwide. Samuel’s core competency lies into establishing good business relationships with clients by ensuring personal touch and flexibility when needed to attend to clients’ urgent matters.
