Mostly known to clients as Samuel or Mosabi, is a registered tax consultant with the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) and a Director at Coretax Africa.

Mosabi has over fourteen (14) years’ experience in Tax and Business Advisory Services. His expertise spans a broad range of tax services, including tax audit support, transactional tax advisory, handling of objections and appeals, and tax advisory services relating to mergers, acquisitions, disposals, internal reorganizations, and spin-off and split-off transactions. He has also assisted clients with tax due diligence, international tax advisory, payroll management services, and company secretarial support. Notably, he is recognized for designing tax-efficient structures and optimization strategies tailored to clients’ unique business operations.

He is a versatile tax specialist serving clients across multiple industries, with strong expertise in both direct and indirect taxation. His client portfolio spans Construction, Manufacturing, Mining, Financial Services (banks and insurance companies), Telecommunications, Aviation, Agriculture, Tourism, and other sectors.

Mosabi brings a strong blend of Big Four and mid-tier firm experience to his practice. He previously served as Tax Partner and Director at ABA Alliance, where he led the tax and advisory department, delivering strategic tax solutions to a diverse portfolio of local and multinational clients. Earlier in his career, he worked at KPMG East Africa, where he progressed from Tax Associate to Tax Manager.

He is widely recognized for his client-centric approach, combining deep technical expertise with a strong personal touch. Mosabi excels in building long-term business relationships and is highly responsive to clients’ urgent and complex needs.

Mosabi is an Accredited Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) in Tanzania as an Accredited Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice (ACPA-PP). He holds a Master of Arts in Revenue Law and Administration from the University of Dar es Salaam and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting and Finance (BAF) from Mzumbe University.
